Founded in 2010, Y9 Construction is a San Diego–based design-build company specializing in kitchen & bathroom remodeling, ADUs, and custom cabinetry, along with a full scope of residential remodeling services.
Led by Eyal “Eddie” Peer, Y9 Construction focuses on practical, well-planned projects that reflect how each space is actually used. Every project begins with a clear understanding of the client’s needs, followed by detailed planning, consistent communication, and precise execution.
While many remodeling projects involve separate teams for design, cabinetry, and construction, Y9 Construction brings all of these elements together under one roof, including an in-house cabinet shop. This integrated approach allows for better coordination, fewer delays, and a higher level of control over quality, materials, and overall results.
Full-Service General Contractor and Custom Cabinet Shop
One of the key differences of Y9 Construction is how we’re structured. We operate as both a licensed general contractor and an in-house custom cabinetry shop.
Y9 Construction is a San Diego-based design-build company that manages remodeling projects from planning through construction, while also offering custom cabinetry as a standalone service.
We work with homeowners on full remodeling projects, cabinetry-only services, construction-only services, or any combination of these. This flexibility allows each project to be tailored based on scope, budget preferences, and timeline.
Our construction work includes kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, room additions, ADU construction, and structural modifications. At the same time, our in-house cabinet shop designs and builds semi-custom and fully custom cabinetry tailored to the layout and style of each home.
Because both construction and cabinetry are handled by the same team, Y9 Construction provides better coordination, consistent quality, fewer delays between trades, and a single point of contact from start to finish. We stay closely involved throughout the entire process, maintaining clear communication and steady progress from the early planning stages through final completion.

Design & 3D Visualization
We translate the concept into detailed plans and realistic 3D renderings, allowing a clear understanding of how the space will look and function before construction begins.
Proposal & Alignment
The approved design is matched with a clear proposal. Scope, materials, and pricing are aligned to create a direct link between vision and execution.
Build & Delivery
We manage the entire construction phase from start to finish, including demolition, structural work, installations, and final finishes. Every stage is scheduled and coordinated in advance, allowing the project to move forward in a controlled, organized way with consistent quality throughout.
Before construction begins, we provide detailed 3D visualizations so you can clearly see the project taking shape. This allows you to understand layout, proportions, materials, and finishes in a realistic way before any work starts.
Our renderings show how custom cabinetry fits within the space, how lighting interacts with selected surfaces, and how each element works together as a whole. Viewing the design from multiple angles makes it easier to adjust details, compare options, and make informed decisions with confidence. Our goal is simple: to provide as much clarity upfront as possible, allowing the building phase to move forward as smoothly as possible.
