Founded in 2010, Y9 Construction has been serving homeowners throughout San Diego County with a practical, detail-driven approach to remodeling and construction. Led by Eyal “Eddie” Peer, the company was built on a clear standard: thoughtful planning, skilled execution, and work that holds up over time.
Each project begins with understanding how the space is actually used. From there, the work progresses through careful coordination and steady communication. As a design-build company with an in-house cabinetry shop, our goal is to keep as much of the work under one roof as possible. The result is a well-structured remodeling process, organized and deliberate from start to finish.
Full-Service General Contractor and Custom Cabinet Shop
One of the things that makes Y9 Construction different is how we’re structured. We operate both as a full-service general contractor and as a custom cabinetry shop, all under the same roof.
Each division functions independently. As a homeowner, you can work with us for a full remodeling project, for custom cabinetry only, or for both together. Some clients come to us just for cabinets. Others hire us strictly for construction. And many choose to combine the two for a more integrated process.
As a design-build company, we stay involved from the early planning stages through final completion. Our construction work includes kitchen and bathroom remodels, room additions, ADUs, structural modifications, and larger-scale projects.
At the same time, our in-house cabinet shop designs and builds semi-custom and fully custom cabinetry tailored to the layout and character of the home. Because everything is built by our own team, materials, finishes, and details are handled directly rather than passed between outside vendors.
Whether working independently or together, both departments follow the same standard of coordination, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
From Design to Reality
Before construction begins, we provide detailed 3D visualizations so you can clearly see the project taking shape. This allows you to understand layout, proportions, materials, and finishes in a realistic way before any work starts.
Our renderings show how custom cabinetry fits within the space, how lighting interacts with selected surfaces, and how each element works together as a whole. Viewing the design from multiple angles makes it easier to adjust details, compare options, and make informed decisions with confidence. Our goal is simple: to provide as much clarity upfront as possible, allowing the building phase to move forward as smoothly as possible.
